The warehouse was built in record time to begin its operations.   **The entire construction phase lasted a little over nine months.** A very short period considering that it is a warehouse with a surface area of 9081 m2, and following the protocol and the requirements of the sustainable certification of the [LEED seal](https://blog.zeroconsulting.com/en/leed-certification-in-spain?hsLang=en).
