The WELL AP credential is awarded by the WELL Building Institute (IWBI), with the collaboration of the GBCI and has been granted to Ivan Fernandez, Engineer and LEED AP, after passing a thorough evaluation of his knowledge of design, health and well-being in the environmental field of building, thus becoming one of the first professionals to obtain it in our country.
The WELL Building Standard is the first building standard that focuses exclusively on the health and well-being of people in buildings. WELL is an evidence and performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the characteristics that impact human health and well-being in the built environment, through air, water, nutrition, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
