El objetivo del proyecto es obtener la doble certificación LEED + WELL siendo un proyecto pionero en todo el mundo. ## Certificación WELL **Altea Hills**: el nuevo complejo de relax y salud será uno de los **primeros proyectos de mundo que se certificará con WELL** ***Hospitality.*** La [certificación WELL](https://blog.zeroconsulting.com/en/well-certification-and-its-advantages?hsLang=en) busca mejorar la calidad de los espacios interiores y de este modo mejorar el confort y la salud de los usuarios. Está orientada principalmente a centros de trabajo y ocio, basa sus requisitos en resultados, dejando libertad al equipo de diseño en como aplicar las medidas para conseguir dichos resultados.   Para llevar a cabo la certificación, dado que no existen precedentes, estamos colaborando con el [IWBI (International WELL Building Institute)](https://www.wellcertified.com/about-iwbi/) para desarrollar el **programa piloto WELL *****Hospitality**.* *![hotel-well-leed-altea](https://blog.zeroconsulting.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hotel-well-leed-altea.jpg?width=755&height=341&name=hotel-well-leed-altea.jpg)* * *Con el objetivo de obtener la certificación WELL Gold se están tomando una serie de **medidas avanzadas que garantizan el confort y la salud tanto de los huéspedes como de los empleados.** Las mejoras que se implantarán estarán enfocadas a: - Mejorar la calidad del aire, del agua y de la iluminación en el interior del edificio. - Fomentar un estilo de vida saludable: en el restaurante se servirá exclusivamente alimentación saludable y equilibrada. También existirán diferentes elementos que fomentarán la realización de ejercicio físico. - Permitir el contacto de los usuarios con la naturaleza para mejorar su bienestar. - Elaborar políticas para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo de los empleados. El bienestar de los trabajadores también repercutirá en su productividad. ## Certificación LEED Además, el complejo también se certificará LEED ID+C *Hospitality*.
