Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville: The developer has completed the logistic warehouse for which we are carrying out the LEED certification process for a Heineken distribution centre in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville). The warehouse has been built in record time so that it can be operational in just 9 months.
The project has achieved LEED Gold certification. Starting from a much more modest certification goal, but little by little, thanks to the effort of the entire team, LEED GOLD has been achieved. In a very short period considering that it is a warehouse with more than 9000m2 of surface area, and that the requirements for the sustainability certification have been followed.
It is expected that in the coming days the commissioning tests of the building will be carried out, and its activity will begin. The platform will be the main distribution centre for the multinational brewery's products in the south of our country.
