In Spain, Deyde DataCentric by Accumin (part of Accumin Intelligence), a group company specialising in data and validation, part of Accumin Intelligence, has been chosen by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITERD) to design, build and validate a unified database of energy certificates at national level. A project that allows progress to be made towards the objective of improving the efficiency of the residential stock, by providing greater security and precision in the information, which is necessary for the effective design of public policies and the promotion of private initiatives.
Accumin Intelligence’s technological capabilities are supported by the knowledge in energy consultancy and the housing market of Tinsa España by Accumin, the largest real estate valuation company in the country, which has carried out more than 110,000 energy performance certificates since they became compulsory to sell a home or rent a property. As a refurbishment agent through Agentia R+, a joint venture with the Acerta group, Tinsa España by Accumin has helped thousands of homes to benefit from Next Generation funds totalling €7.8 million for efficiency improvements that have reduced their cooling and heating demand by an average of 7%.
